Kathmandu: Inspector General of Nepal Police, Basanta Bahadur Kunwar, has gone to France to participate in the 19th Head of NCB Conference.
Inspector General Kunwar departed for France on Monday to attend the conference organized by Interpol’s General Secretariat in Lyon. Kunwar is participating in the conference as the head of the National Central Bureau (NCB) of Nepal.
The Head of NCB Conference will primarily discuss transnational organized crime. The conference includes the heads and representatives of NCBs from all 196 Interpol member countries.
During the conference, Inspector General Kunwar has also scheduled bilateral meetings with representatives from China, Japan, Malaysia, and India.
In addition to Inspector General Kunwar, Superintendent of Police Rabindra Bahadur Singh from Nepal is also participating in the conference.
