Sydney, Auburn: The Auburn Police team, with the help of locals, arrested Jeevan Tamang while he was sleeping in a parking lot on South Parade, Auburn, Sydney. He is currently in Auburn Police custody and has been arrested on domestic violence charges. He will be arraigned in Burwood Court, according to Auburn Police.
Jeevan Tamang is a 23-year-old Nepali citizen who came to Sydney some time ago to study higher education, and is currently seen in a state of depression. His passport was lost and he was found homeless sleeping on the street or in the parking lot. At the request of the locals, Pastor Anish Rimal of Hosanna Nepali Church and his team were preparing to return Jeevan to Nepal and take care of his family by arranging counseling, shelter, and reformation.
