Perth (Australia) – The Nepal Festival Perth 2024, organized by the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) Western Australia (Perth), was grandly concluded on September 14, 2024. This festival played a significant role in uniting the Nepali community in Australia and showcasing Nepal outside of its borders.
The president of NRNA Australia, Anil Pokharel, expressed heartfelt thanks to all the volunteers, sponsors, and participants who played key roles in the successful organization of the festival.
President Pokharel especially praised the contribution of Shekhar Ghimire, the coordinator for Western Australia, stating, “Everyone’s tireless efforts and dedication have made this festival historic.” He extended his gratitude to the sponsors and also expressed appreciation for the enthusiastic participation of all attendees.
According to Pokharel, this festival has further strengthened the unity, identity, and cultural heritage of Nepalis residing in Australia.
