NRNA Distributes Relief Materials to 50 Flood-Affected Families in Dakshinkali

Kathmandu — The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) distributed relief materials to 50 families affected by recent floods and inundation in Dakshinkali Municipality. A team led by NRNA ICC President Dr. Badri KC distributed essential items such as food and clothing.

The relief distribution event was attended by NRNA President Dr. Badri KC, Vice Presidents Rozina Pradhan Rai and Ram Sharan Simkhada, Deputy General Secretary Som Sapkota, ICC members including senior journalist Hemanta Kafle, Rajkumar Thapa, Advisor Atul Koirala, former DRC Dharmaraj Giri, and Chief Executive Officer Rajendra Raut.

Local residents expressed relief upon receiving the supplies. One member of the team stated, “We hope the relief materials will help ease the difficulties faced by the affected families to some extent.”

NRNA activist Kunal Mishra, who participated in the event, mentioned that the NRNA will continue to engage in such humanitarian efforts.
