Nepal Festival Sydney 2024: A Celebration of Unity, Culture, and Success

Sydney, Australia – The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) Australia successfully organized the event “A Night of Gratitude.” The association hosted the appreciation ceremony to honor the organizing committee, sponsors, volunteers, and all supporters. Reflecting on the historic success of Nepal Mahotsav Sydney 2024, the association expressed its gratitude to everyone who contributed to making the festival a grand success.

The President of NRNA Australia, Anil Pokharel, stated that the festival is not just an event but a proud expression of the unity, culture, and identity of the Nepali community in Australia. The event had a special presence of Shadow Minister of Multiculturalism and MP for Oatley, Mark Coure, who congratulated the organizers, emphasizing that Nepal Mahotsav has further strengthened Australia’s multicultural society.

The event was attended by NRNA founder Man KC, Australian Nepali Journalists Association (ANJA) President Krishna Tiwari, NAYA organization President Bipin Thapa, EKKA President Komal Pathak, along with senior members of the Nepali community and representatives from various organizations.

With notable participation from the second generation, NSW Coordinator of Nari Nikunja, Sabala Basnet, also delivered a special note of gratitude. Following the grand success of Nepal Festival Sydney 2024, NRNA Australia has expressed its commitment to organizing even more spectacular and impactful events in the future.
